Latin-America tour in November 2010

Tom's blog-entry from August 16th 2010 already announced it - the small tour in Latin America with five concerts! Recently there have been many rumors and alleged concert-dates, but now it seems there are official dates for Brazil and Chile, which are also confirmed by the official fanclubs of the two countries...

Bill Kaulitz’s Hollywood Retail Romp

Making the most of his Thursday afternoon (August 26) Bill Kaulitz was spotted shopping in Los Angeles yesterday.

The Tokio Hotel singer opted for some retail therapy at the Fred Segal store in Hollywood and was personally escorted by a member of their staff.

On Tuesday night (August 24) Bill was over at the Trousdale nightclub for a party in memory of the late Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein.

The one year anniversary of Goldstein’s death is this Saturday (August 28th). He passed away due to an accidental drug overdose.

Arriving to remember the life of Adam Goldstein (aka DJ AM), Bill Kaulitz was spotted at Trousdale nightclub in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday night (August 24).

The “Tokio Hotel” lead singer was decked out in black jeans, a black leather vest and shades as he made his way inside for the tribute session attended by Bai Ling and Karissa Shannon, among others.

The one-year anniversary of DJ AM’s sudden death lands on this Saturday, August 28th. The American DJ died of an accidental drug overdose.

In other news, Tokio Hotel has been hard at work asking their fans to support a group called Designers Against Aids, whose purpose is to inform young people about the importance of safe sex.

Concerts in 2011

According to TodoTicket (event promoter) in El Salvador, plans for a Tokio Hotel concert in that country have changed to 2011:

Mit einem schrillen Kunstpelzjäckchen, dicker Wollmütze (und fast genauso dickem Make-up), einer stylischen Sonnenbrille auf dem Kopf und einer Schachtel Zigaretten in der Hand schlenderte Bill Kaulitz aus einem Steakhouse in West Hollywood, als die Fotografen ihn ablichteten.

Stellt sich die Frage: Was macht ein Vegetarier im Steakhouse? Bill wurde von der Tierrechtsorganisation PETA per Online-Voting neben Nena zum „Sexiest Vegetarian 2010“ gewählt, ernährt sich „aus Liebe zu den Tieren“ ohne Fleisch.

Na gut... im Steakhouse gibt es natürlich auch Salate und Backkartoffeln.

Making for a rare sighting, Bill Kaulitz of "Tokio Hotel" was spotted checking out the Tinseltown nightlife with a visit to the STK Steakhouse in Los Angeles on Saturday (August 21).

The German pop star looked his usual stylish self as he dropped by the popular west coast eatery/nightclub with a bodyguard trying to thwart awaiting paparazzi along the way.
As for their musical endeavors, Tokio Hotel recently performed a gig in Malaysia during which Bill and his brother Tom Kaulitz spoke of possible plans for a bilingual followup to the popular Humanoid album.

Tom said, "The problem is we will need about two years to produce the record. because we have to do everything twice! So instead of recording, say, 50 songs, now we have to record 100!"

"And I have to write the lyrics in two languages, so that’s really a lot of work," added Bill. "So we’re not really sure about that, but I think we can do a little bit here and there, but we definitely (still) want to make English songs, and because it’s not a word-to-word translation, we like to think of it as two versions of one song, because sometimes the story is also different."

Oberhausen in November?

According to a mother of a fan who called the VIVA studios asking where the Reebok tour would be, TH will be in Oberhausen in November.
